Celaeno connects you with Filipino influencers and content creators through audio and video calls. These interactions are intended for adults who are 18+ and meet the platform’s age requirements.

Anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from registering for, accessing, or using Celaeno, regardless of parental or guardian consent.

When you register on Celaeno, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate.

You must not:

• Create an account if you are under 18.
• Provide a false date of birth or misrepresent your age to access the platform.
• Use another person's account to bypass age restrictions.
• Help or encourage a minor to register for or access Celaeno.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may restrict access, suspend the account, or permanently disable it following an appropriate review.

Celaeno has a zero-tolerance approach to the use of its platform by minors and to conduct that exploits, endangers, or targets children.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using Celaeno to contact, solicit, groom, exploit, or otherwise target anyone under 18.
• Sharing, requesting, creating, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Engaging in sexual conversations or activities involving minors through the platform.
• Attempting to move interactions involving minors to private channels or other platforms for exploitative purposes.
• Using false identities or misleading information to conceal conduct involving minors.

Any reported activity of this nature will be treated seriously. Depending on the circumstances, Celaeno may remove content, restrict or terminate accounts, preserve relevant information where appropriate, and report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

If you believe someone under 18 is using Celaeno, or you become aware of conduct that may put a child at risk, please report it to us promptly at safety@celaeno.in.

When submitting a report, please include any relevant details that can help us identify the account and understand the concern, such as:

• The account username or profile details.
• A clear description of the concern.
• The approximate date and time of the incident.
• Relevant screenshots or other supporting information, where safe and lawful to provide.

We review reports with appropriate care and may take action based on the information available. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate law enforcement authority without delay.

Celaeno may investigate reports involving suspected underage use or violations of this policy. Depending on the nature and seriousness of the concern, actions may include:

• Restricting or suspending access while a concern is reviewed.
• Disabling accounts confirmed or reasonably determined to belong to minors.
• Removing content that violates our policies or applicable law.
• Permanently banning accounts involved in serious or repeated violations.
• Cooperating with lawful requests from law enforcement or other competent authorities.

The action taken will depend on the circumstances, the available information, and applicable legal requirements. Celaeno does not permit users to bypass age restrictions or use the platform to engage in conduct that endangers children.

Parents and guardians who believe that a minor has created or is using a Celaeno account are encouraged to notify us at safety@celaeno.in.

Please provide the relevant account details and explain your concern so that we can review the matter. We will assess the report and take appropriate action in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
