1. Our Commitment to Safety
Celaeno aims to provide a safe and respectful environment for users connecting with Filipino influencers and content creators through audio and video calls. Harassment, threats, scams, impersonation, and other forms of abusive behaviour are not tolerated.
2. What you can Report
You can report users or activities involving:
- Harassment, threats, bullying, or inappropriate behaviour during calls.
- Fake profiles, impersonation, or misleading information.
- Scams, fraudulent payment requests, or booking-related deception.
- Privacy violations or unauthorised sharing of personal information.
- Underage accounts or conduct that puts minors at risk.
- Any other violation of Celaeno’s policies.
3. How to Report
To report a user or incident, email safety@celaeno.in with the following details where available:
- Username or profile details of the reported user.
- A brief description of the incident.
- Date and time of the incident.
- Relevant screenshots or booking details, where appropriate and lawful.
Please provide accurate information and do not attach suspected child sexual abuse material.
4. Review and Action
Celaeno may review submitted reports and take appropriate action based on the available information. This may include warnings, account restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination. Serious concerns may be referred to the relevant authorities where appropriate or legally required.
Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular outcome. We may also be unable to disclose specific enforcement details for privacy or legal reasons.
5. Privacy and False Reports
Reports will be handled with appropriate care in accordance with Celaeno’s Privacy Policy and applicable law. Knowingly submitting false reports or fabricating evidence may result in action against the reporting account.

6. Immediate Safety Concerns
If you experience inappropriate behaviour during a call, you may end the call immediately. Use available blocking features where supported. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services or law enforcement authorities.
